How InstaMapp handles your data

InstaMapp stores the information needed to operate your collectibles account, including your profile, team memberships, inventory, wishlist, marketplace activity, messages, uploaded photos, scan results, and moderation records.

Sign-in is handled by Microsoft Entra External ID and connected identity providers such as email/password and Google. InstaMapp does not store new account passwords. Authentication providers may process sign-in identifiers, provider subject IDs, and email verification signals so we can connect your login to your InstaMapp account.

Images you upload may be stored in Azure Blob Storage and processed by Azure AI Vision for OCR. Scan output is used to match collectibles against the master database and improve your collection workflow.

Team data belongs to the active team workspace. Owners and admins can manage members and team settings. Marketplace conversations, offers, and reports are retained so transactions and safety decisions can be reviewed.
